1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

There is no processing or shipping on weekends or holidays.

During periods of very high demand, occasional delays may occur. In this case, we will inform our customers in a timely manner via email.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer worldwide shipping for our Noira Glow Collagen Face Mask.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Canada
Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Shipping costs: from €4.90

EU Countries
Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs: from €7.90

International (outside Europe)
Delivery time: 7–21 business day
Shipping costs: from €14.90

Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package at any time.

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

These fees are determined by the respective country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

Noira Glow Mask is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If a problem arises, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.

Of course, we are happy to assist you with communication.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.
